The OSB/F system consists of a 7/16” OSB exterior skin and a 1/2” or 5/8” Fiberock* interior skin bonded to 4”, 6”, 8”, 10” or 12” 1lb+ density foam cores by our three stage bonding process.  Both horizontal and vertical electrical/utility chases are cut into the foam core.

OSB/F panels can be ordered in various lengths and can be embedded with structural members which provide greater strength for longer spans in floors and roofs or special load points in walls.

OSB/F Panels create a “finish ready” wall which is ready for tape & texture when the walls go up.

NRG Building Systems manufactures insulated steel studs for use as connecting members or dimensional lumber may be used to insure the strongest connection possible with minimal thermal transfer.
